What I most want was what I already had, and lost.

Thank you Lewis Track. I will never forget the moments, memories, and friendships made that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

It’s been about a month since the end of the season, and I’ve had a lot of time to reflect. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to make a post, but this is more than deserving of it

My athletic journey has been nothing short of difficult, and has had its many ups & downs. Despite how physically, mentally, and emotionally challenging it was, I would still do it all over again in a heartbeat if I could

There is something about pushing yourself beyond what you imagined to be possible that is so rewarding in the end when you actually achieve it. I went into this year with goals that I only dreamed of accomplishing, but would soon became my reality. For that, I thank my family, coaches, and teammates for building me into a more resilient, determined, and stronger person

I am also forever thankful to God for blessing me with so many life-changing experiences and placing me in rooms among the great. I am so honored to have represented myself, school, and Christ on some of the biggest stages of this sport. The strength of my faith has given me peace through it all and has built unwavering confidence in His plan for my future

With a heart full of love and appreciation, this era is
officially over. Though it wasn’t the ending I was hoping for, I am so grateful for the journey that I’ve had. With multiple NCAA appearances, an All-American, and school records gained, I sincerely thank everyone that has poured into me to help make it all possible ❤️

As the sun sets on this chapter of life, I’m excited to see where it will rise next -R
