Women’s hormones don’t operate in isolation. They respond to stress, sleep, circulation, metabolism, and recovery. And after age 35, recovery support matters more than ever.

Emerging research shows regular sauna use may support:

• Stress hormone regulation
• Blood flow to endocrine organs
• Insulin sensitivity + metabolic health
• Cellular repair + resilience
• Nervous system recovery + deeper sleep

Because hormone balance isn’t about doing more. It’s about recovering better.

This Mother’s Day, give her more than a gift. Give her time to recover.

Sauna is included in our day passes, packages, and memberships. Book today. TheFixWellnessLounge.com

Most people treat sauna like a luxury.
Something you do when you have time.

That’s the mistake.

The benefits you feel from sauna—better sleep, lower stress, faster recovery—aren’t driven by one session. They’re built through consistency.

Occasional use gives you a moment.
Consistent use changes your baseline.

This is where the shift happens:
    • Stress stops spiking as high—and comes down faster
    • Sleep gets deeper, not just “a little better”
    • Recovery becomes something you can rely on, not chase

Sauna isn’t a quick fix. It’s a system.

And systems only work when you actually use them.

That’s why we focus on memberships—not one-off visits. Because the real value isn’t in a single session. It’s in what happens when your body starts to adapt.

If you’re ready to feel the difference, ask us about sauna packages & memberships.

What if the issue isn’t strength — it’s how you move?

At The Fix Wellness Lounge, our Director of Fitness Garrett takes a biomechanics-first approach to help your body move the way it was designed to.

Mobility & Strength Training
This isn’t generic gym programming. Each session integrates expert coaching, biomechanical analysis, and state-of-the-art equipment to improve mobility, build functional strength, and support resilient, well-balanced movement patterns that translate to real life and athletic performance.

NEUBIE® for Performance Training
This is where our approach truly stands apart. The NEUBIE® (Neuro-Bio-Electric Stimulator) uses advanced direct current neuromuscular stimulation to enhance how your muscles activate during movement. Combined with Garrett’s expert coaching, NEUBIE®-assisted sessions help reinforce proper movement patterns, improve muscular engagement, and allow you to train with greater precision, control, and efficiency.

Every session is personalized to your age, sport, and movement goals.

Move better. Train smarter. Build a body that keeps up with your life.
