Winners don’t wait for the work to find them.. They’re gonna find the work. Shout out to all players & coaches putting the work in even when no one is looking. #ElevateNYCFootball is still the mission, #WeCanBallToo

In this beautiful game, it’s either you’re working or you’re getting outworked.. No in between. Shout to the players and coaches working to #ElevateNYCFootball that are making the sacrifice.

Staying consistent in your commitment to growth is a task in itself. Respect is earned, and opportunity comes when you stay the course..

Don’t let them tell you any different - The Win Never Came Before The Work..

IF IT’S EASY, THEN WE DON’T WANT IT! Training our players to FALL IN LOVE WITH THE GRIND, and prioritize CONSISTENCY when preparing for the opportunities they desire most.

Muhammad Ali famously said it’s not the mountains ahead that wear you out, it’s the pebble in your shoe. On that note, B4TA is 💯% committed to marching forward on our mission and there 🎶 Ain’t no mountain high enough, ain’t no valley low enough, ain’t no river wide enough, to keep B4TA from getting what’s due baby..🎶

THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING, THE GRIND WILL NOT STOP

3 years into our mission to #ElevateNYCFootball, and WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED!

The first 2 weeks of our Inaugural Skills Development Combine & 7v7 Invitational have been nothing short of amazing. Our players are learning and growing, both in body & mind.

We said it at the beginning of this journey, and we’ll say it again - #WeCanBallToo

*B4TA does not own rights to this 🎶 *

In what has been by far the roughest 4 month stretch I’ve ever experienced personally and with my family, I find myself reflecting on just how much I love this game and how grateful I am that Football saved my life.

I’m reminded of how fortunate how I am to have been taught by some phenomenal coaches - to respect the game by dedicating my entire being to my craft, my teammates, and fulfilling a personal promise to myself to get better as a leader everyday.

I feel blessed and honored to be in a position to show our next generation of ballers coming out of our city the beauty of this game, and more importantly the value of dedication and relentless pursuit of excellence. Excited to get to work this off-season with my B4TA family - It fills my heart thinking about what they’ll do next!
