I really enjoyed myself at the “Becoming Her” Awards luncheon. Thank you for the countless ways you show up to empower, equip and encourage ALL women; reminding them (us) that our specific gifts will make room for us.

Dear Friends, family and colleagues,
I enjoyed being nominated. And while I didn’t win the award for my category, it felt good to be in the room with other sisters who did, cheering them on. I love to experience the ways black women show up for each other.

Cheers to all of the nominees and award recipients. When you win, we ALL win.

Some moments are simply priceless. ❤️

Today we celebrated my beautiful cousin's 45th birthday, and I had the honor of helping another cousin from New York to surprise her at lunch. The look on her face was everything! 😍

A time was definitely had! Laughter filled the room, hugs were endless, and the love surrounding our birthday girl was truly beautiful to witness. Being in the presence of family and friends celebrating such an amazing woman was a gift all on its own.

Happy 45th Birthday to a woman who is deeply loved. Here's to making memories we'll cherish forever. 🎉💐❤️

We love you Aelicia Watson affectionately known as "Chocolate" and we pray that God blesses you to have many more birthday celebrations! 🤗🙏🏾❤️

I didn’t think I had the space for this… but God did.

And He used someone to make room.

One check-in… one moment of care…one act of kindness (or two) by @coachgstyle placed me exactly where I needed to be. 🙌🏽

At the Sister T.E.A. Movement, we prayed, laughed, cried (at least I did 😆) danced, supported, crowned and so much more! 👸🏽

I didn’t leave the same woman who walked in.

The Sister T.E.A. Conference… I’m still processing it all. 🥹❤️

Getting to stand in that room and speak on WARRIHER was something I will not forget. The women who showed up ready, open, and hungry for more, y’all filled my cup in ways you don’t even know.

I talked about the real things we carry as women. The weight. The silence. The strength we sometimes don’t even realize we have. And I watched faces shift in that room. That’s why I do this.

Thank you to the incredible @coachgstyle for creating a space where women could be poured into, seen, and celebrated. What you built on March 28th was special. 🙏🏾

To every woman who came up to me, grabbed my hand, or shared your story, thank you. You are the reason I keep going.
