🏀 Ankle injuries are everywhere in basketball.

Jumping, landing, cutting, changing direction, and constantly reacting to another player all place significant demands on the ankle.

And while ankle sprains are common, they don’t have to be something athletes simply accept as “part of the game.”

Building ankle strength, balance, proprioception, mobility, and the ability to absorb and produce force can help athletes better prepare for the demands of basketball.

Injury prevention isn’t about eliminating risk, it’s about building a body that’s prepared for the sport.Don’t wait until an ankle injury happens to start training for it.
