We came for the lifting. We stayed for the memories 🌅🌊

🌍✨ WORLD MASTERS 2026 ✨🌍

Not my best performance, but it was the best I had on the day ❤️‍🔥

The highlight was hitting both my openers. Weights I’d been struggling to hit consistently in training recently, so getting them on the platform when it counted felt really good.

I wasn’t in the same condition I was six months ago, and that’s OK. Sometimes you have to meet yourself where you are and make the most of the day you have.

More than anything, I’m incredibly grateful to have shared this experience with Luke, Serah, Nana Heart and the kids and a special thank you to everyone back home for the support and messages ❤️

We’ve made some pretty special memories on this trip, and those are the moments I’ll treasure forever.

I finished in 15th, in an extremely strong field of amazing women and I’m very grateful I got to experience it 🌍✨

Great to be feeling good in a snatch session as the countdown ticks closer 😍

Hoping I can hold onto this feeling while keeping the pre-comp nerves and doubts at bay 🙏

Things are finally on the up after a wobbly few months. The trap/shoulder issues I’ve been dealing with since March are settling, I’m finally on the other side of some horrendous jet lag, and most importantly… I’m really enjoying training again.

17 days to go 🌍 Let’s see what happens ✨

Missing the barbell this week 💔 but a good chance to work on the hard stuff. Slow and controlled does not come naturally 🤭

10 years ago ⏳A little throwback to Prize Lifter 💪such a fun and unusual competition format that I’ve never really seen anything like since.

EMOM knockout style, with 60 seconds to make your lift before the weight went up another 5kg. I really loved this format and had a lot of fun.

This was also my first competition back after a 6 months off with a back injury, so matching a PB felt pretty good 🥹

The camera quality hasn’t aged particularly well… and neither has my technique 😂

But a very good memory from a very different era of weightlifting.

Big focus this cycle on building confidence over head and speed under the bar. Fully experiencing that love/hate relationship with working a weakness ❤️‍🔥
