I can’t expect my athletes to improve and grow if I don’t do the same as their coach.

The workouts are hard. The laughs are loud. The high fives are endless. And somehow, you guys make us want to come back and do it all again.😅💪

To our ISI Matthews coaches, thank you for pushing us when we need it, believing in us when we doubt ourselves, celebrating every win (big or small), and making this place feel like HOME.

You’re more than coaches. You’re the reason so many of us keep showing up. ❤️

Happy Coach Appreciation Day to the best in the game. We appreciate you more than you know. 🫶🏼

Now go tell your favorite coach how much you love them in the comments! They deserve it👏🏼

It was a privilege to visit @tarletonxctrack with @davidclaybrooks who I met over the summer at the USATF Level 2 school! Great to connect with other likeminded coaches and gain years of knowledge and experience. Excited to see what’s to come.

The difference between a personal best and a career-ending injury is often just the dose.

At Apex Velocity Coaching, we provide the smart, phased speed-training programs you need to become more resilient, more powerful, and faster than ever before. We treat speed like a medicine. The right dose heals and strengthens. The wrong dose causes harm.

Meet the coach: Isaac Wright 👋

He’s quiet. He’s introverted. He keeps things pretty low-key.

But somehow, he has never met a high five he didn’t like. ✋😂 Seriously… if you’ve been coached by Isaac, chances are you’ve been high-fived by Isaac MULTIPLE times in one session 😅

And while he may be a little more reserved, there’s nothing quiet about his coaching. Isaac is incredibly qualified, knowledgeable, and intentional about what he does. He knows how to coach you, how to challenge you, and how to make every rep count.

Quiet guy. Big impact. ✋🔥

Everyone show Coach Isaac some love💪
