“If you can laugh together, you can work together.”

This whole off season the girls have been doing weight lifting running stairs and speed & agility since school started . Sometimes we forget that their kids we have to let them have fun.

⭐️ PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: CASSIE SANCHEZ ⭐️

Cassie Sanchez played both games today and showed exactly what it means to be a ballplayer. She had three doubles 1 singles in 2 games, made some incredible plays at shortstop, including a diving play to make the force at second, and showed amazing instincts on the base paths.

But what stands out most about Cassie isn’t just the stats. It’s the way she understands the game. She has that natural instinct that you can’t teach. She sees the play developing, makes smart decisions, and plays with confidence and heart.

Watching a young player develop these instincts is one of the most rewarding parts of coaching. Cassie, keep working, keep believing, and keep pushing yourself. You have something special, and I truly believe your future in this game is very bright.

Proud of you, Cassie! 💪🥎❤️

With only having one pitcher today, Melissa pitched both games extremely well and gave us a chance to win both games. In the first game, she gave up no hits and walked only one batter. In the second game, she surrendered only two hits and gave up zero earned runs.

This kid’s journey has not been easy, but she keeps pushing, working hard, and never giving up. I’m so proud of her and the way she continues to battle and improve.

Side note: After pitching both games, she went straight to play in her high school volleyball game. 💪🥎🏐❤️

Keep working, Melissa! Your hard work is paying off!

Get to know our captains today we have senior Catcher @kassandrakimmer9 who has been with varsity since freshman year . Kassy brings the intensity and her softball knowledge . She always works hard and loves being in the weight room. This summer she work on her strength and conditioning while playing travel ball.

Kassy Favorite thing to do outside of softball is “to do arts and crafts and or hang out with my friends and go shopping “

Kassy Favorite thing about softball is “ how it taught me about discipline and to persevere when things are tough”

It’s been an honor coaching her I had the pleasure and privilege to coach before she played in high school
