Meet Trainer, Jayde Sustaire! @coachjaydes

1. Tell us a little bit about yourself
💪 I’m a 40-something 😉 wife and mom of two boys. I am a complete type A personality, Enneagram 1. I have been all over the spectrum of health and fitness. Along the way, I found a true love and passion and learned a lot. So, After 15 years in corporate America, I left to pursue my passion of helping others take control of their health.

2. How long have you been a trainer with CG?
💪 4 1/2 years

3. What is your favorite exercise?
💪Deadlifts

4. What advice would you give to campers?
💪 Health and fitness is a journey, not a destination. Expect peaks and values along the way. Explore and navigate the path(s) that works best for you. While moving along, keep your eyes on your own lane, others journey is not your own. Most importantly, find an avenue you enjoy and enjoy the process.

🎉You can catch Jayde at the following locations in Emory, TX AND online:

Outdoor Schedule:
MWF: 5am Downtown Emory Courthouse Square
TTH: 8am Sandy Creek Park Basketball Courts

Online Schedule:
MWF: 6:25am

CG Next and CG Games have come and gone and it was amazing. Getting to spend time with Trainers from all over the nation games means nothing but great things happen. We learned from some of the best, trained with some of the best and watched top athletes compete. What an amazing experience to get to judge those athletes as they competed. Every year I get to watch them give all they have. Through complete exhaustion and grit they fight to win. It’s a phenomenal thing to watch. #cgnext2022 #cggames2022 @campgladiator
