😅 #fyp #foryoupage #viralvideos #comedy #tiktokviral #foryou #fyp #viral #trending

On August 2, 2022, I was harassed and defamed by the property manager at Colonial Village at Deerfield apartments. I entered the leasing office at approximately 3:30pm to follow up on an unfulfilled maintenance request (made in May 2022) and to pay my rent. I spoke to the property manager, Cristal Kelsey, about the unfulfilled maintenance requests. She became rude: she continually interrupted me (by blaming her coworkers), raised her voice, and spoke to me in a demeaning manner. When I requested that she speak to me respectfully, she accused me of being aggressive, and shouted that I “get out of here!” This behavior took me by surprise, so I questioned her tone and volume. She then walked away from me to retrieve her phone and called 9-1-1. When speaking to the 9-1-1 operator, she gave my description and said that I was intimidating her and being aggressive. While still on the phone, she walked towards me stopping about 2 inches from my face (she was as close as a lover coming in for a kiss). This aggression was a gross violation of my personal space and an intimidation tactic. I asked her several times to back up and she ignored my request. She then walked around me, opened the main office door, and yelled for me to get out. I obliged, while exiting the door, she pushed it closed and the door hit me in the right arm and leg. On August 3, 2022, I was further harassed by the property manager; I received a letter falsely accusing me of violating my lease. The letter stated that I was to vacate the property by 5pm on August 4, 2022. On August 3, I received an email from the Regional Vice President, Sarah Hughes, stating that I had 7 - 14 days to vacate my unit; this was not in line with the eviction information that I received from legal aid at the Durham County Courts so I did respond. There was no investigation into the aforementioned incident from MAA. On August 4, 2022 I visited the Durham Police Department for a copy of the police report and 911 transcript. The officer informed me that there was no police report filed and that no crime was committed. Additionally, I visited Legal Aid at the Durham County Courthouse where I was informed that the aforementi
