Don't even care what I look like in the mirror because I reached one of my goals today: squatting more than my body weight😼 205 for eight reps felt amazing!!! Looks like I wore the right shirt today💪🏼🐯👑

Day 2 of #100burpeesfor30days according to the timer I shaved 23 seconds of my time from yesterday, but my phone locked me out for about 10 seconds to shut it off. Today the main struggle I had was delts and quads being sore. Super pumped up for all the people joining me, makes it so inspired to keep going knowing I have an amazing support system doing this with me!!

Extremely thankful that I randomly followed this determined, hard working, gorgeous individual on Instagram a few months ago! She convinced me to give Herbalife a try & helped me fall in love with the process. She is one of the most positive & supportive people I have ever met in my life & I am so grateful to have her friendship, coaching, & guidance. Her determination has led her to being less than a week away from full-time health coach status!!! Can't explain how much I look up to her💪🏼💚 #ThankfulThursday #Herbalife #thegamechanger #MegAppreciationPost
