A Thanksgiving I’ll Never Forget 🙏
This weekend wasn’t just about turkey and thanks — it was about faith, connection, and purpose.
I spent Thanksgiving cutting up with my brother in recovery, @coachmikeobrien and his kids — three unique cuts, one powerful reminder: we’re blessed to be here.

We shared stories. Laughed. Talked about life, God, growth, and staying clean. My dog was part of the vibe, the energy was pure, and the studio felt like home.

I’m falling in love with barbering all over again — not just for the art, but for the connection.
To every mentor, client, and friend who’s been in my corner: I’m grateful. 🙏

This is what recovery looks like. This is what gratitude feels like.

💈 Happy Thanksgiving to everyone out there rebuilding their lives, one day — and one fade — at a time.

I dropped $5K to fly across the world for 3 days…

Most people think that’s crazy.
But here’s the truth:

If you’re not willing to invest in yourself, don’t expect your life to change.

Last week I put myself in a room full of killers.
Mentors. Coaches. People already operating at a higher level than me.

And guess what happened?

My vision exploded.
My standards went up.
My belief in what’s possible multiplied.

That trip wasn’t a cost.
It was an investment.
And the ROI? Unmatched.

Clarity. Confidence. Connections.
Easily worth 5x the price.

And here’s why it matters:

Because my mission is bigger than me.

🔥I want to help as many men as possible finally feel confident in their own skin.
🔥 I’m building a community of men who push each other, grow together, and refuse to settle.
🔥 And I’m creating a legacy that’s way bigger than just workouts and meal plans: this is about creating impact and changing lives.

Here’s what I learned:
➡️ Your environment dictates your future.
➡️ You grow faster when you learn from people ahead of you.
➡️ Playing small is the fastest way to stay stuck.

The same applies to fitness.

You can keep trying to “figure it out” on your own…
Or you can invest in a coach, shorten the timeline, and finally get the results you’ve been chasing.

I’ll always bet on myself.
That’s why I’ll keep investing.
Because every dollar I put in comes back multiplied.

Day 1 Challenge: My fitness goal is to lose weight (my goal for the year was 25 lbs, but I've lost 25 lbs since November, so time for a new goal) and also to run a 13 minute mile, be able to run for 30 minutes, non-stop, and to be able to do 10 full push-ups.

My Why, I'm just tired of not being able to go to any store and buy clothing. Most stores only carry plus size clothing online. And I want to be able to feel like I'm contributing in my team sports. Not just standing around and being the stay-at-home defense/rover.

Also, NSV: This jersey used to be really tight against my stomach not that long ago. Now it's on the baggy side when I wear it.
