🥎 “USE YOUR LEGS!” BUT WHAT DOES THAT ACTUALLY MEAN?

Every pitcher has heard it.

“Use your legs.”
“Drive harder.”
“Throw harder.”

But how many have actually been taught what effective leg drive looks like, what it feels like, and how to develop it?

🔥 INTRODUCING GROUND-UP POWER: THE LEG DRIVE & VELOCITY CLINIC

Join 2× NCAA National Champion Head Coach Mike White and Brickwall Softball founder Nyree White for a hands-on pitching clinic dedicated to understanding and developing power from the ground up.

This clinic goes beyond generic mechanical cues to help pitchers understand HOW their lower half contributes to velocity development—and how to put that knowledge into practice.

⚡ WHAT ATHLETES WILL LEARN:

✔️ LEG DRIVE: How the lower half contributes to an effective pitching delivery.

✔️ MECHANICS: Connecting positions, sequencing, and movement to build a more efficient delivery.

✔️ POWER & EXPLOSIVENESS: Understanding how force is produced and transferred throughout the pitching motion.

✔️ VELOCITY DEVELOPMENT: How efficient movement and purposeful practice contribute to developing pitching speed.

✔️ INDEPENDENT PRACTICE: Recognizing and improving these movements long after the clinic ends.

🏆 LEARN FROM CHAMPIONSHIP EXPERIENCE

NYREE WHITE, 2× USA Junior National Team Gold Medalist

🚨 LIMITED TO 30 ATHLETES PER SESSION.
Registration is first come, first served. OPEN TO ANY AND ALL.

Your pitcher has heard “use your legs” enough.
