💯 DAY 8 OF 100 — LUNCH BREAK WORKOUT COMPLETE! ✅

Quick workout. Progressive weight. Reps DONE. That’s the energy. 💪🏾🔥

Today was:

100 Step-Ups — 50 each leg
100 Standing Knee Drives — 50 each leg

And baby, we did not stay cute the whole time. 😂 We started light and worked our way up.

STEP-UPS:
10 reps each side — bodyweight
20 reps each side — 10 lb dumbbells in each hand
10 reps each side — 15 lb dumbbells in each hand
10 reps each side — 20 lb dumbbells in each hand

Then I matched that same progression for the standing knee drives, holding the weights while I worked.

That’s the point of this challenge for me — not just doing 100 reps, but getting stronger along the way.

A lunch break can turn into a workout.
A few minutes can turn into progress.
And a “let me just get something done” moment can turn into a whole strength session.

So y’all get to work, because I GOT TO WORK. 😂💪🏾

No overthinking. No waiting for the perfect time.

💯 DAY 6 + DAY 7 — STILL GETTING IT DONE!

Life may shift the schedule, but we are not quitting the challenge.

So today, we’re combining Day 6 and Day 7 and knocking out the work together. Two days. Four exercises. One mission: GET IT DONE. 💪🏾🔥

DAY 6
🍑 100 Reverse Lunges — 50 each leg
🔥 100 Toe Touches

DAY 7
💪🏾 100 Bent-Over Rows
🔥 100 Crunches

Do them weighted or unweighted. Break them into sets. Do 10x10, 5x20, 4x25, or knock out as many as you can at a time.

The point is not to be perfect.

The point is to keep moving, keep showing up, and keep your word to yourself.

Some days we stay perfectly on schedule.

Some days we play catch-up.

Either way, we still finish.

So throw on some good music, grab those weights if you want them, and let’s work!

💯 DAY 6 OF 100 — REAL LIFE, REAL COMMITMENT

I’m going to be honest.

I created this 100 Days of 100 Reps Challenge because I wanted to make myself do something every single day — no matter what.

Well…life has been LIFE-ING.

My daughter got sick, then got sicker. I’ve been up giving breathing treatments, taking care of her, running on little sleep, and I am TIRED. Exhausted.

And I missed Day 3. Day 4. I was about to miss Day 5 too.

But here’s the thing:

I did not want to ask YOU to do something I wasn’t willing to do myself.

So yesterday, I got my butt up and made it happen.

DAY 3 + DAY 4 + DAY 5 — ALL IN ONE DAY.

🔥 6 exercises
🔥 100 reps each
🔥 600 REPS TOTAL

Was it ideal? Nope.

Did I fall behind? Yep.

Did I quit? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Sometimes consistency doesn’t look like a perfect streak.

Sometimes consistency looks like saying:

“I missed it. Now let me get back to work.”

So if you’ve missed a day, don’t throw the whole challenge away.

Pick it back up.
Make up what you can.
Modify what you need to.
And KEEP GOING.

Now we’re on DAY 6!

🍑 100 Reverse Lunges — 50 each leg
🔥 100 Toe Touches

Weighted or unweighted — your choice.

Use dumbbells for the lunges. Go bodyweight. Add light weights to your toe touches. Modify it however your body needs today.

JUST GET YOUR REPS IN.

I’ll see y’all on the other side of Day 6. 💪🏾

100 DAYS. 100 REPS. LET’S GO! 💯🔥

💯 DAY 2 OF 100 — COMPLETE! ✅

100 DAYS. 100 REPS. TWO EXERCISES A DAY.

Day 2 was upper body + core, and baby, we started cute…then we got HEAVY. 😂💪🏾

🏋🏾‍♀️ 100 Shoulder Presses
🔥 100 Side Crunches — 50 each side

For those shoulder presses, we progressively moved up:

5 lbs ➡️ 10 lbs ➡️ 15 lbs ➡️ 20 lbs

THAT is what I want from this challenge. As we get stronger, we challenge ourselves appropriately and gradually increase the resistance.

Because we’re not just lifting weights to say we worked out.

We’re training for LIFE.

I want to be able to pick up my babies and one day my grandbabies. ❤️
Carry the groceries.
Put something on the top shelf.
Move things around the kitchen.
Lift things in the garage.
Travel with my luggage.
And continue doing everyday things for MYSELF.

We’re building bodies that can serve us through our 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and, God willing, our 90s!

That’s the goal: strength, function and longevity. 💪🏾

And then those side crunches? Whew! 😂🔥

50 LEFT. 50 RIGHT.

We’re strengthening those obliques and building a stronger core. And while we can’t spot-reduce fat from one specific area with crunches alone, we absolutely CAN strengthen and develop the muscles underneath it. 💯

So come with me!

DAY 2 — COMPLETE. ✅

I hope you got yours done yesterday. And if you didn’t?

Guess what? Get it in TODAY.

We’re not quitting because we missed a day. Pick it back up and keep moving.

98 DAYS TO GO. LET’S GET IT! 🔥

Tag @IAmOfficiallyChris if you’re doing this with me, or drop a DONE, HONEY! ✅ below when those 200 reps are finished.

💯 DAY 1 OF 100 — COMPLETE! ✅

We officially kicked off 100 Days of 100 Reps on September 23, and your girl got it DONE! 😂💪🏾

2 exercises. 100 reps each.

🍑 100 Squats — DONE!
🔥 100 Sit-Ups — DONE!

For my squats, I mixed it up:

Bodyweight ➡️ 5 lbs ➡️ 10 lbs ➡️ 15 lbs.

And listen…there is a very good reason it takes me longer than it probably should to finish 100 reps:

THE MUSIC! 😂🎶💃🏾

When the right song comes on, apparently we’re taking a dance break. The reps will still be there when the song is over. 😂

So here’s your reminder: make this challenge YOURS.

Maybe these 200 reps ARE your workout.

Maybe they’re your warm-up.

Maybe they’re your finisher after your regular workout.

I don’t care where you put them — just get them DONE. 💯

Throw on some good music. Catch a vibe. Dance between sets if you need to. Have some fun with it.

Because moving your body doesn’t have to feel like punishment.

I hope everybody had a GREAT first 100-rep day!

And now…enjoy this two-minute clip demonstrating exactly why it takes me so long to finish my reps. 😂😂😂
