Ability360 is a non-profit organization that was made by people with disabilities for people with disabilities. Thie programs are designed to keep people active and to live a normal healthy independent lifestyle. We're dancing it out for a great cause!

Classes start January 3rd. don’t wait until last minute to book with me, the studio is good size but get your spots early.
We out here in these streets servicing
all your stretching, mobility, strength and cardio-endurance needs.

Wednesdays 8:00am-SMM
Friday’s 6:30p-BBB full-body training
Saturday’s 8:30am-Mixxedfit/DANCEFIT

These workouts are beginner, intermediate, and advanced friendly

January Class pass is just $55 for 14 classes available that month that’s $3.92 per class!

What’s the best way to celebrate the end of the Fall FitPHX Power of Parks series? Dance with our fitness family of course!!!

And to spice things up we are turning it into a glow party - wear a white or neon outfit and come shine with us tonight at the Mountain View Community Center! Class is FREE thanks to the support of City of Phoenix and AARP.

And to spice things up even more, 7 of our previous guest instructors are joining us tonight as we’ve opened the floor to other local instructors. That’s what family is all about. Bring your friends, family and neighbors and let’s celebrate together!
