#SquatChallenge piece of 🍰 😋

(20 reps of 190lbs aka my body weight)

I’m not going to lie, by rep 15 I started seeing ✨ lol.

But you know I had to add the Bulgarian Squats at the end. 😈.

(PS: I would of done front squats or squatted lower if I didn’t just PR at 415lbs a week ago, this is my de-load week)

Let me know who else I should tag in the challenge 🏋🏽

Wow, times fly. The picture on the right was taken two weeks before my first natural federations show. My friend @coachrobdavis coached me for my two amateur shows and my pro season 2021 (4 pro shows).

I think I was his first and Last bodybuilding client 🤣; doing five shows, and traveling worldwide with me in one year can be a lot 🤣, but we had some really good times.

Man, to look back on where we started to where we are in the sport and in life is wild. I was a little guy on the block, battling and having fun. Now, approaching my 4th year with the same drive as I had in year one.

I always appreciate your guidance, support, and friendship, Brotha ✊🏾
