🚨 PARENTS & ATHLETES: Stop guessing if your Athlete is getting better.

At D1, we’re taking athlete development to the NEXT LEVEL with our Athlete Performance Index. 📊🔥

We’re testing real performance data to show you exactly where your athlete stands based on their age and gender. And more importantly, where we need to focus to help them improve.

⚡ Speed
💥 Power
💪 Strength
🏃 Athletic Performance
📈 Measurable Progress

Every test gives our coaches more information to build a better athlete. Every retest gives YOU proof of the progress being made.

No guessing. No “I think they’re getting faster.”

REAL DATA. REAL COACHING. REAL RESULTS.

This is how we identify weaknesses, build strengths, and help your athlete reach the NEXT LEVEL. 🚀

Welcome to the new standard of athlete development.

This summer, I took a different approach to training. ⚽️

Soccer was always the focus, but I knew I needed to focus on me too — getting stronger, building confidence, and becoming mentally tougher.

Two months of putting in the work has changed how I feel on and off the field. I’m stronger. I’m more confident. And I believe in myself more than ever.

I’ve learned that I can’t let opinions, doubts, or anyone who doesn’t believe in me get in my head. The only thing I can control is how hard I work and how badly I want it.

I’m not here to prove anyone wrong. I’m here to prove myself right.

The work is just getting started. 💪🏼⚽️🔥 #workhardplayhard #confidence #summertraining #confident

Ten years ago, I made you a Father’s Day book and I wrote that my wish for you was that you would always see in yourself what I see when I look at you.

I found it again this week, and what struck me most wasn’t how much has changed in the past 10 years — but it was how much hasn’t.

A decade later, I still see a man who asks his children about their day because he genuinely wants to know the answer. A man who would make a fool of himself just to make them laugh. A man with a tough exterior and the softest heart for his babies.

Through every challenge, every season, and every year, that’s still exactly who you are. The man who shows up day after day, whether anyone is watching or not. The man who would do anything for his children and loves them with his whole heart.

These pages were written 10 years ago, but every word is still true today.

Happy Father’s Day. I love you more than you’ll ever know. ❤️
