Single leg RDL + seated cable row aren’t just “leg day” and “back day.”

🧘 Single Leg RDL builds the hip hinge and single-leg stability that keeps you steady in Warrior 3.
🤼 Seated Cable Row builds the pulling strength and grip control you need in a standing scramble.
🥊 Single-leg balance = the base you need to throw a clean kick without collapsing.

Strength training isn’t separate from yoga, grappling, or striking… it’s the foundation under all of it.

Shout out to @coachroxi and her @readytoroll_bjj program for keeping me going for almost a year now 💪🏾

Roxi Smith wasn’t a dancer or a gymnast. She wasn’t naturally flexible or strong. Everything she teaches, she had to learn the hard way—as an adult, on the mats. 🥋

After 12+ years as a strength coach and 5+ years training BJJ herself, @coachroxi built Ready to Roll: a strength & mobility platform made specifically for jiu-jitsu athletes. 1,000 clients later, she’s helped grapplers improve guard retention, get more explosive on takedowns, and recover faster between rounds.

For years she ran it on a white label app that held her back: clunky, with support that never came through. So she tested most platforms on the market and found Movement:

“Movement is the best platform I have found, and I have tested most of them… The freedom to create the app layout as I want it is great, the data on clients is great.”

Now, @readytoroll_bjj is built exactly how she always wanted it. 💥

Comment ‘ROLL’ and we’ll send you Roxi’s full story of switching.

So proud of @jessicqjj - she puts in the work, consistently shows up, competes regularly, adjusts her schedule + intensity (with my help) around life and her children and continues to get stronger 💪

Currently enjoying her bachelorette weekend for a much needed break!

This is black belt mentality 🥋

Jess follows the Grapplers Strength Sustem programs, methodically working her way through them

A customer ordered these yesterday for a wedding this weekend… so after a surf this morning I locked myself in the studio and made them 😮‍💨
Now unfortunately I need to make myself a pair because they’re cool as shit.🖤
