POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

🧱 BMA ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT: MANNY COX 🥶
D-2 PLAYER OF THE WEEK. LET THAT SINK IN.
8 tackles.
3.5 tackles for loss.
3 sacks.
2 forced fumbles.
That’s not just a good game. That’s a problem for the offense.
Congratulations to Manny Cox of Assumption University on earning D-II Player of the Week honors. 💪🏾🏆
This is what we love to see — athletes putting in the work and making their presence felt when the lights come on.
At Big Man Academy, we emphasize the things that separate athletes: effort, energy, strength, conditioning, footwork, football IQ, discipline, and mental toughness.
The goal isn’t just to look the part in training. It’s to be ready when it’s time to perform.
THE WORK SHOWS. THE RESULTS SPEAK.
And we’re just getting started with these athlete spotlights. 👀 We’re going to showcase a few of the athletes who’ve come through BMA and let their accomplishments speak for themselves.
You can talk about development all day. We prefer the receipts.

The students at Global Communications Academy wrote amazing letters to express their gratitude to these ‘young men’ who spent countless hours mentoring and shaping their lives through countless lessons. I was so grateful to be able to join them on several occasions and watch them work. Excellent, excellent work. 🔐🔐

MooreMotivation Podcast: You Got Into The Room, Now What?

The Room is not the destination. The Room is the opportunity to get you to the next room. But, to do that, you have to underestand the responsibilities that come with it. 🔐

High performing cultures have 1 thing in common, they have high standards. So, when I travel to these spaces it's important to be a bridge to let those with aspirations of greatness know that you have to have unwavering standards. It just is what it is. And there's no negotiating the standard. 🔐
