Texas, thank you! 💪🏾⚽️
TNS had the opportunity to work alongside Coach Dean and the Solar Girls, focusing on speed, agility, conditioning, and developing athletes to reach their full potential. We believe in hard work, consistency, and pushing through when it gets tough—because growth happens outside your comfort zone.

Thank you for trusting me with your athletes. Can’t wait to be back soon!

Today we celebrate years of hard work, dedication, and determination. Watching @sienna_acuff27 sign today to continue both her academic and water polo journey at Concordia University Irvine fills our hearts with so much pride. It’s a reminder of how far she’s come and how hard she’s worked. From early mornings, late practices, over hour long drives to practice and countless sacrifices to this unforgettable moment. This girl has made us so proud so many times in her life, but this moment is one of the top of the long list, everything she’s worked for, her dreams, goals, all of it has come together! Sienna, your determination and heart inspire us every day!
This is only the beginning, and we can’t wait to see what’s ahead. The best is yet to come. Keep dreaming big—we’ll always be cheering you on.

And a huge, thank you to God, all of her coaches, teammates, friends, and family and to her new Coach Casey for being a part of this incredible story!
