Being aggressive on the bases starts with knowing what you’re looking for. Better jumps. Knowing when to go and when to shut it down. Giving players the freedom to make a decision, then coaching them through it. A little look at what we work on during the week. Players, what’s tougher for you: getting a good jump or knowing when to go?

90% of our teams were rained out today. That didn’t mean the players had to lose a day of development. We opened up a low-cost Drop-In Development Day and got back to work. More reps, more coaching, more chances to improve. That’s the kind of opportunity we’ll keep creating for our players. ⚾ 2027 Spring/Summer tryouts start in October. Registration link in bio.

🚨 COMMITMENT ALERT 🚨 Congratulations to DJ Reissman and his family on his commitment to continue his academic and athletic career at Immaculata University! DJ has been with us for quite some time, has trusted the process, continued to work, and earned this opportunity. He’s a great player from a great family, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything he has accomplished. At USA Prime Northeast, we’ve worked hard to build strong relationships with college programs across the country. When a motivated player commits to his development and takes advantage of the opportunities within our system, the possibilities are limitless. A program’s job shouldn’t be to promote its win total. It should be to develop its players, promote its players, and help create opportunities for what comes next. Congratulations, DJ. You earned it. 👊⚾️ #baseball #culture #playersfirst #opportunity
