You’ve built the business. Earned the roster spot. Set the goal.

But somewhere along the way, the pressure to perform got louder than your connection to yourself.

You are the modality.

The tools can support you. A coach can guide you. But the person who shows up, makes the choice, and puts it into practice is YOU.

The courage. The discipline. The ability to learn, grow, and respond differently. Those capacities are inside you—and you can train them.

At Moderne Reset, we work through the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and God pillars to help you reconnect with yourself and build the capacity for what you want to accomplish.

For the CEO who wants to lead with clarity and still have energy for their family.
For the pro athlete who wants to compete with confidence and stay present under pressure.
For the person pursuing something great who knows their next level requires more than working harder.

We create space to step back, understand what’s getting in your way, and practice how you want to show up—in your sport, your business, and your life.

Everything starts within you. You are the modality.

Ready to come back to yourself and move forward with purpose?

Hey Dad, I made it happen.

As a junior golfer I practiced 8+ hours a day.

Countless tournaments. Countless nights being the last one on the course. Countless car drives home balling my eyes out because I played horrendously.

I skipped the parties, hanging out with friends, and just about everything else because I had one dream: Play Division I golf.

Then my junior year of high school, I lost my wedges. I watched that dream slip away.

I thought that was the end of the story.

Five years later…

Hey Dad, I made it happen. ❤️

Great session with Coach Dana Dahlquist today. Learned a lot and really appreciated having a college player sit in on the session and observe my swing. Such a great learning experience.

After 3 years, hundreds of hours and thousands of balls, I won my first collegiate event last Sunday. I still can’t put it in words how proud I am right now. I always dreamed of the day where I will be able to hold a big trophy in my hand. This dream became reality in an insane way, with a Walkoff Hole in One to win the tournament.

I am unbelievably proud on what I have achieved and I am looking back on what brought me to exactly this moment. I want to thank UW for giving me the opportunity, my coaches here for the support and the belief, my teammates for having always my back, golfclub SLR, the German national team, my team with coaches and other experts, my friends and most importantly my family. Without allow them none of this wouldn’t be possible.

Thanks to everyone that followed me so far, this is something I will remember forever!
Go Dawgs!!
