What's your favorite flavor?

We decided to do a little taste test of the GU Roctane flavors available at RunningLane and share our personal recommendations with you!

Also, if you want some laughs just check out the way people attack the spoons as it goes in 😆

Fueling is essential to race day. Make sure you've practiced exactly what you'll be doing and have a plan.

Roctane Energy Gel is built for when you’re pushing past your limits. It combines fast-acting carbohydrates with a higher dose of electrolytes and amino acids to keep your body fueled and focused. Whether you're deep into a long training day or racing through your toughest miles, Roctane helps delay fatigue, support hydration, and protect your muscles so you can go longer, stronger.

Which flavor are you most excited to try?

@tjhansen_4 and @ccoombs07 did a thing at the RunningLane Track Championships! What an amazing weekend in Huntsville! These guys capped off what was already a spectacular weekend! Both young men went sub 4:00 for the full Mile! They became the 23rd and 24th boys in US history to break the barrier! The @runninglane team led by my partner in crime @coachwillrodgers pulled off an amazing weekend! Big thank you to @newbalancerunning @corosglobal @swiftwicksocks @resultspt @huntsvillesports @huntsvilleparksandrecreation. So many more people played such tremendous roles in making this a special event happen. But most importantly thank you to all the athletes, parents, and coaches for the support over the years! Also big shoutout to our media partner Milesplit! #running #runningmotivation #trackandfield #runninglane #milesplit

Bryce took a super hard fall Thursday in a sprint to the finish in the 1600. It was pretty awful to watch and even worse we couldn’t get to him. Despite being banged up he came back Friday and fought hard and raced smart to win the 3200 and earn his 4th STATE CHAMPIONSHIP TITLE!!! His 4x800 relay then finished a respectable 5th to wrap up his high school career as a Trojan.

I wish he hadn’t taken that fall but also wonder what lessons God will teach him through the experience. This sport has taught Bryce a lot about determination and discipline and mental toughness and there’s a lesson in there about the comeback, too.

Thank you to all those coaches that have built him. There are not enough words to express how grateful we are for pouring into our boy.

Bryce celebrated the end of the state championship races the way he always does, with a plate full of crab legs! Now let’s get ready to War Eagle!

6a State Champ

3 years ago as a freshman I ran pr of 17:57 and finished 99th overall at state. This year I won in 14:55. As a freshman I would’ve never thought I’d be where I am now, and I wouldn’t be if it wasn’t for everyone here supporting me. Praise God. Not done yet #wareagle
