Can’t believe this is my last season of CYO. Started playing when I was 6 in 1st grade. Uncle Sean @schiz_81 thought I was ready. Being able to represent my school is a blessing. This season is dedicated to my family, friends, coaches, trainers, teachers and everyone who has ever come out to support me through these years. Want to see all of you out in the stands as we wrap up my last season. It’s going to be special 🫶🏾.

Checking a lot of boxes with these single leg horizontal hops to medicine scoop toss & lateral bound!

From a performance standpoint there’s a level of coordination and synchronization between the lower and upper body to produce horizontal power through both.

And for health purposes, this is really good for the lower limbs in regards to the hip, knees and ankle stability. NOTE: do the single leg hops on both the inside and outside leg to replicate the demands of producing force off both when cutting on the court!

📲 Share with a HOOPER who’s looking to maximize their performance on the court this season! (Or their parents 👀)

📩 Shoot me a message if you’re looking for Performance Training that will translate to better performance on the court!
