Unless you’ve trained with @coachyukad , there really are no words to describe just how demanding his sessions are. Technically challenging, physically exhausting, and mentally demanding from beginning to end.

The pace is relentless, the details matter, and there is always something to correct, refine, and learn.

Training with him is consistently one of the highlights of my week. I feel incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to learn from someone with such a deep understanding of the art of Boxing.

I also want to acknowledge @mario_angelito , who has been a huge part of my success and growth. If it weren’t for his guidance, support, and belief in me, I wouldn’t have had the opportunity to train with Coach Yuka. I’m incredibly grateful for everything he has done and continues to do for me.

Regardless of how much experience you have, you should never stop being a student of the game.

Forever learning. Forever sharpening the craft. 🥊

Take your honey 🍯 @izzyvo and throw her into the deep end of REAL BOXING with @coachyukad 🥊🥊

There’s training… and then there’s training with a LEGEND.

Coach Yuka has trained countless World Champions and was the main sparring partner of El Gran Campeón, Julio César Chávez Sr., during the Golden Era of Boxing.

When you train with Yuka, there’s nowhere to hide. The pace is relentless, the details matter, and he makes you WORK. That pressure and intensity is what separates hitting mitts from actually preparing for a fight.

But what I respect most about Yuka is that underneath all that intensity is a true teacher.

Every session is a lesson.

He’s challenged me, corrected me, and pushed me to understand Boxing on a deeper level. He’s not only made me a better fighter — he’s made me a better coach and teacher.

Now I get to share that experience with Izabel. ❤️

Old-school Boxing. Real technique. Real pressure. Real teaching.

And the knowledge gets passed down. 🥊🇲🇽

One of the highlights of my week is getting to work with Coach Yuka.

Every session feels like going back to school. No matter how many years I’ve been coaching, competing, and studying combat sports, I always leave with new insights, details, and perspectives that make me better. It’s like earning a PhD in boxing one lesson at a time.

Grateful for the knowledge, experience, and wisdom he continues to share. The learning never stops, and that’s what makes this journey so special.
