🥾⛰️ IT'S ABOUT THAT TIME . . . AND THAT WEATHER AGAIN! 🔥

WHO'S DOWN?!

We're bringing back our COMMUNITY HIKES, starting Sunday, November 1st, and continuing the FIRST SUNDAY of every month!

This isn't just about hiking. It's about CONNECTION. COMMUNITY. GOOD CONVERSATIONS. AND SHOWING UP FOR EACH OTHER.

And listen . . . 😂 The trails I choose might be a little BRUTAL, but I promise the people and conversations will distract you from those mountains!

Don't get scared away. BE ABOUT IT! 💪🏽

All fitness levels are welcome. We'll encourage each other, move at our own pace, and build something bigger than ourselves.

👇🏽 DROP A 🥾 IF YOU'RE DOWN!

🎗️🧡 CANCER WALK SEASON IS HERE, AND WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY!

Convicted COMEBACK is getting ready to hit the pavement, show some love, and stand alongside those whose lives have been impacted by cancer.

And we're inviting YOU to be part of it!

We're collecting items to hand out during our cancer walk events, and we'd love some help from the community to make it happen.

You don't have to walk beside us to make a difference. Sometimes showing up looks like donating something small that puts a smile on somebody else's face. ❤️

HERE'S HOW YOU CAN HELP:

🛒 Shop our Amazon Wish List: Purchase items from our list and have them shipped directly to me.

🤝 Donate in person: Purchase items yourself and coordinate a drop-off with Denise or Brianna.

📢 Share this post: You never know who's looking for an opportunity to give back!

Because community isn't just something we talk about. It's something we BUILD.

Let's show up, spread some love, and make an impact together.

Behind the scenes with @niecyinaz and @coachzeroexcuses , building something much bigger than a workout. 👀

COMEBACK Coaches is about taking what works inside our programs—fitness, accountability, leadership, discipline, and human connection—and teaching others how to carry it forward.

Not just how to coach a movement.
How to coach a person.

We’re getting ready to introduce COMEBACK Coaches in a BIG way.
Stay close. ⛓️‍💥

A strong leader doesn't build a team that depends on them. They build a team capable of carrying the mission forward, even when they can't be there.

I'm incredibly proud of the people standing beside me and the work we get to do together AND the work they carry out when I'm not able to be beside them. 💪🏽

The mission is bigger than any one of us. And that's exactly how it should be.

There was a time when I was the person society had written off.

Yesterday, I stood before a room full of educators and leaders at the Arizona HSI Summit as their keynote speaker.

Every opportunity someone gave me became something bigger than me. It brought me back through prison gates, this time by choice, to create opportunities for people who know what it feels like to be forgotten.

I stood on that stage hoping every educator and leader in that room understood just how powerful their work really is.

Because somewhere out there is a person whose entire future could change because someone like YOU decided they were worth investing in.

You may think you're opening a door for one person. You have no idea how many people are waiting on the other side of their comeback.

@convictedcomeback story is certainly not from your ‘typical’ way many people think as to how people get caught in a world of money, sex and drugs.

What a conversation I had with @coachzeroexcuses about how she got herself out of rock bottom to today where she’s helping so many 🙏🏽
