THIS PAST WEEKEND.... FUTURE GENERATION.
IT'S been a bit busy this weekend. With 🏈 #cfl proday...to Hockey and Soccer. And still going.

It's a Blessing when you see kids smile and being recognized. It's a Confidence Booster and testament of the work they put in.... the trust they have to show up and show out. Look. Normally I'm all for the humble stuff.
But damn it... it's hard to win.... it's even harder to get an MVP...or Hustle and Heart Medal 🏅.... Meaning you affected the game or tournament. And you can't put a price on that smile 😁.... ❤️

Waiting for Greyson and Dawson results. And media...

Results do Matter. And I'm very very proud of those kids.

Blessed.

WITH THE 10YR OLDS. THE BEFORE... DURING AND PREPARATION TO FIX THEIR RUNNING FORM....INTO SPRINTING... IN THE FEW HOURS I SAW THEM DURING THE WINTER BREAK SPEED CAMP.

" There's Running... and there's SPRINTING! ".
Coach Mike Murray. What does that mean?...

When people say Running... Then you add Fast afterwards. Fo comparison.
When you say Sprinting. There are no other words needed afterwards. It's already Fast. Very fast.
Make Sense?

If I got 25% of the work done that's required, then it's GOLDEN.

PRACTICE DOES NOT CHANGE YOUR RUNNING FORM....NOR SPEED.
TRAINING DOES! Speed Training. Practice is to practice what you know, or what you are about to do.

TRAINING...is to UNCOVER and DISCOVER what you Never had.

All those little ones are ABSOLUTE DAWWWGS in their sports. 3 were missing due to the flu 🤧 and fever 🤒
Buuut... With bad form. Funny manners... Waste of motions.
Imagine after cleaning up all that noise? And just play their game?...

Check out the 13yr olds... Teens and Advanced athletes coming up soon.

IT WAS FAST AND FURIOUS. LOTS OF DRAMA 😂. LOTS OF BATTLES. LOTS OF HARD WORK... LOTS OF KIDS AND PARENTS GETTING SICK... LOTS OF GROWTH. LOTS OF SPEED.
But what was important is... To Finish.
I'm Proud from the 10yr old one to the 21yr old.
From Soccer ⚽ , to hockey 🏒, volleyball 🏐...to Football 🏈

Each athlete, (17 in total) will be asked 3 questions...

1. If they feel faster?
2. Name 3 things you learned?
3. And out of those 3, how can you use it, gametime?

Let's see what Most say when each replies...
And some of the footage of the Camp.
