Surgery doesn’t have to mean you are down for the count! Our lovely client Debbie has managed to keep active and healthy through several surgery journeys with us!

We know how important it is to get out and move but when surgery debilitates your strength EMS can electrically bring those healing muscles back to life for FASTER full recovery. ⚡️

We had such a great time being part of the Encinitas Wellness Community Event! 🤍 We loved connecting with our community, meeting so many new faces, and sharing a little bit of Blissfusion with everyone who stopped by.

Thank you to Coastal Fit EMS for bringing together such an amazing group of local wellness businesses! ✨Hope to do it again soon!

🥵Sweating and precise targeting of certain muscles is definitely hard to do if you don’t have something like EMS specifically getting to those muscles 💪⚡️

Kasey, a yoga teacher likes to combine her stretching, strengthening posters, and the EMS to feel her best ♨️

Had the pleasure to try @dexa.core in Encinitas to see what my body was made of!

I’ve been learning more about all the ways our environment can influence us from the inside out.

I learned the different good fats and bad fats we have in our body

How our bone density and muscles increase and help our bodies overall symmetry and whole health

Super interesting stuff, the wellness industry is getting tapped in here in Encinitas and helping people become more intentional and conscious with what they let into their body which helps people feel more aligned overall!

⚡️Where’s my super suit? 🦹🏼‍♀️

Felt like a superhero in this fit and got the same benefits I get from a normal workout but in only 20 minutes so that was kind of amazing ⚖️

Sometimes I feel like I can’t get the right muscles, pressure points, or nerves to strengthen, move, and release leaving the body feel tight, pinched, or unbalanced

This made my whole body feel balanced out, and it works like a TENS machine where it stimulates your muscles in both strengthening and then at the end relaxing vibrations.

It literally feels like you’ve gotten a full body release and massage all at the same time… why don’t more people know about this!

Thanks to Kevin @coastalfitems for showing me the ropes 💪 #sandiegoexploring
