It was a pleasure (pun intended) to rejoin the industry at the @ukthemeparkawards, at the place where it all began for me at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. 🎢

A fantastic awards ceremony and behind-the-scenes tour, followed by DJ ROSCO and Hot Ice Show XC. Congrats to @lawrence.roots and @thomas_faull on an outstanding event! 👏

This week is the UK Theme Park Awards and one of the most nervous weeks I've ever had in my life. But I know there is one person always with me - Dad 💔

He was the first cameraperson on the channel when we went on location, he gave me the tools to edit, record, and continue to grow. He's the reason I turned my passion into a career path.

Whatever the results, I've already won because I got here in the first place and it wasn't without his support and motivation.

Love you Dad 🙏❤️

Stepping back in time for some vintage thrills at Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach! 🎢✨

If you think modern steel coasters have all the fun, think again. The iconic wooden Roller Coaster here is an absolute legend of British seaside heritage.

Here are some mind-blowing facts about this historic ride:

🎢 It originally opened way back in 1932 after being brought over and shipped from the Colonial Exhibition in Paris!

🎢 It is officially the last operating scenic railway of its kind left in the entire United Kingdom (and one of only seven in the entire world).

🎢 There are no brakes on the track! Instead, a live operator known as a "brakesperson" actually rides on the train with you, manually controlling the levers to slow it down.

🎢 It towers at 21 metres (70 feet) high and reaches speeds of up to 45 mph fueled entirely by gravity.

🎢 Pop-culture fans might even spot it in the classic 1982 music videofor "House of Fun" by Madness!

The world looks like it’s turned upside down, literally! AVIKTAS at @pleasure_beach dominates the seaside skyline, swinging to 138ft, with its 40 seater pendulum soaring to angles of up to 120 degrees above ground.

Great to share the ride with @coasterchall, @deanstokes and @theme_park_insanity_official - all top guys!

As the sun begins its descent over the Gothic towers of Alton Towers 🏰, the former home of Charles Talbot, the 15th Earl of Shrewsbury, the atmosphere undergoes a profound transformation ✨. The golden light softens the rugged stone of the historic manor, casting long, elegant shadows across the meticulously manicured gardens that once served as a private sanctuary for the Earl 🌿.

In this quiet corner of the estate, the frantic energy of the surrounding theme park fades into a distant hum; the mechanical roars of high-speed coasters 🎢 and the excited shouts of thrill-seekers are replaced by the gentle rustle of ancient trees and the evening call of birds 🕊️.

This shift from adrenaline to tranquility allows visitors to pause and breathe, finding a serene escape in the timeless beauty of the ruins, where the grandeur of the past offers a calming counterpoint to the modern-day pulse of the park 🌅.🌑🤘
