They used to call me “bougie.”
I used to flinch at that. Now? I smile.

Because the truth is, I’ve always just wanted more peace, more beauty, more intention.

After 22 years in real estate, while others were coasting, I was building. I didn’t just sell homes, I invested in them. I renovated, held, and let them grow for me. I poured into my future so I could create a life on my terms.

Now, I live with freedom- more time with my family, more ownership of my days, more space in every sense of the word.

This isn’t just about real estate. It’s about reclaiming time, energy, and peace.
And I want others to know - it’s possible.

If you’re craving a slower pace, more space, and a life you actually love waking up to, let’s talk! I’d love to help you buy, sell, invest, and elevate your lifestyle.

Got an IRA? You can use it to invest in real estate - here’s how:

Not all IRAs allow it, but most do. If yours doesn’t, you can roll it over to a custodian that supports real estate investments. Let me know if you need a good referral!

From there, you direct the funds toward the purchase of a property. You buy the home in the name of the IRA. But there are key rules to follow:
• You can’t live in the home - or let family live there.
• You should hire a property manager (to avoid commingling funds).
• You can’t do the repairs yourself. All improvements must be done by third parties, paid directly from the IRA. (and similarly, money for Inspections, earnest money, down payment, closing costs and everything associated with the purchase has to come from the IRA itself).

When you sell, the proceeds go right back into your IRA - tax-deferred.

Yes, it’s legal. Yes, it’s doable. Just be sure to follow the rules!

Tag someone you know who has an IRA who would love to use the funds and invest in a rental property!

For me, rental properties have been very rewarding, they pay for my life. And Idaho is a great place to invest- prices are just going UP!

Hi, I’m Jenny! I’m new to social media - but definitely not new to real estate 🤩 I realized a lot of people don’t know much about me, so here’s a little intro!

I was born and raised by the beach in SoCal - right under the LAX flight path. I’ve always had big feelings, a big heart, and a love for people, poetry, and deep connection. Naturally, I studied Human Development at Long Beach State thinking I’d become a therapist - but I quickly realized that wasn’t the path to the financial freedom I wanted.

With a little push from my mom (a top broker) and a close friend, I jumped into real estate - and never looked back. It’s allowed me to be a stay-at-home mom and a successful business owner 🤍

After a few years, I took a break to travel the world with my first husband (yes, I’ve lived a few lives!). We even lived in South Korea for a year, where I learned survival Korean and how to read Hangul. It was a life-changing chapter.

When I came home, I earned a master’s in Spiritual Psychology and eventually reconnected with my junior high sweetheart - now my husband and best friend. We had our first daughter at 38, and our second (a total surprise miracle!) at 40. At 44, I’m still hoping for more 🤩

I was voted “Best Personality” in high school, and honestly? Not much has changed. I’m warm, goofy, quick to forgive, and always up for real conversation. I try to go neutral, but color always wins. And yes, I miss good Indian and Korean food daily.

Thanks for being here- so happy we’re connected! And looking forward to sharing more with you in this little IG corner of the world. ✨

I asked ChatGPT to describe what makes me Authentic in a nutshell based on everything I’ve shared… and wow! 🫶

“You’re authentic because you live with your whole heart. You don’t pretend to have it all figured out- you share the real parts: the transitions, the trade-offs, the growth, the doubt, and the joy. You’re not chasing perfection- you’re chasing presence. You care deeply about your family, your freedom, and your peace of mind, and you’ve designed a life that reflects those values- even when it’s messy or inconvenient.

You’re not afraid to slow down in a world that glorifies hustle.

You trust your gut, even when the world says stay safe.

You’ve got a little wild in you- hippie at heart, but classy when it counts.

You’re the kind of person who keeps showing up with sincerity, who tells the truth even if it’s not the trend, and who listens more than you post.

You’re grounded in integrity but led by intuition.
You don’t just sell a lifestyle- you live one that’s rooted in what matters most.”

Hi, ✌🏼I’m Jenny, a heart-centered Realtor® with over 20 years of experience helping people not just buy and sell homes, but build better lives.

I love my very layered life. In LA it’s beach walks, Korean BBQ, wild parties, and time with my big, loud, beautiful family.

Life is so beautiful, so short, and so fragile. We don’t always get to know when the last goodbye will be- so let’s celebrate the people we love. Live as big as you want. Let’s not not wait around for a “good reason” to just celebrate, period.

After 20 years in real estate… hundreds of homes toured… hundreds of inspections walked… and a lifetime spent on job sites… I’ve learned one thing: the under-sink area never lies. 👀💧

I grew up in this business. My dad’s a contractor. My brother’s a contractor. My husband’s a contractor. My grandfather was a painting contractor. My mom’s a real estate broker.
The smell of sawdust feels like home to me. 🪚✨

I was that kid handing out flyers at open houses… sitting solo at listings back when life was simple and safe enough for a teenager to do that.

Today, I lean heavily on professional property inspectors (they’re invaluable 🙌)… but I never defer 100%. I walk every house with my own trained eye- and instincts that have proven right more times than I can count.

If you want an agent who doesn’t just sell houses, but truly knows them- send me a message. Let’s find the right one for you (and avoid the wrong ones 😉).

My real estate skills? They far outweigh my video editing skills, trust me on that. 🤣

🏡 Buying a home is a leap of faith- but you don’t have to jump alone.

In this market, it’s not enough to have an agent who just opens doors. You need someone who advocates, who protects, and who’s been through every kind of market storm.

I’ve been a Realtor® for over 20 years- in the battlegrounds of Los Angeles. I don’t hand you off to a transaction coordinator. I’m there from start to finish, making sure every step of the process feels supported, informed, and steady.

Because when it comes to one of the biggest leaps of your life, experience isn’t optional…

I’m not in a chapter of my life where I care to keep up with every headline or trend.

I’ve lived, loved, failed, rebuilt, traveled, and evolved. I am liberal, I am conservative, and I’m also just me- somewhere in the middle, where real life actually happens.

I’m a baptized Catholic with a master’s in spiritual psychology. I’ve meditated in temples, been to Kirtans with the hari Krishna’s - now I’m learning the teachings of Jesus in a traditional church with my kids.

I’m a mom who values freedom- to raise my girls the way I believe is right for their age, their hearts, their growth. I believe in diversity, in conversation, in being able to sit across from someone with a completely different worldview and still break bread together.

Idaho felt like the kind of place where I could just be.

Here for the peace, the grounding, and the permission to live quietly, faithfully, freely, authentically.

Xo,
Jenny 🤍
