Boxing… 🥊

I get asked about this so much, but the truth is… I just can’t be assed to post about it every week. 🤷🏼‍♀️

But I’m still loving it…
Still getting punched…
Still learning every week…

When @neil152 says “niceeeee” at the end, you know you’ve done well. 🙌🏼

But yes, he is still taking the piss out of me, as you can clearly see from the second slide. 🤦🏼‍♀️😂
“It’s all about the kinetic chain…” 😆

Long may the boxing and the banter continue. 🥊❤️

Lee Wilsher @wilsherlee has been flat out on the web sourcing items for this journey and We’re doing really really well we’ve given out 50 kits we’re just waiting for the hot weather to finish so we can go out to more gyms #bristolboxing

but could people please please help us share and like to bring more light on what we’re doing

We’re trying to enable and help kids get off the streets by providing them the equipment they need the sometimes can be a barrier of getting involved in sport

If you want to get kids off the street we have to try and make it as easy as we can for them and that’s what we’re trying to do so please please share

Super proud of these two young lads stepping the ring competitively representing Cobra and Tribal Gym. Thanks to also @jonnymunden and @kadehoff1 for the help training them and a certain mayhem for keeping them inspired. Roll on July!!! Tribal Fight Team

Looking back at my boxing from 2023, 2024, and now 2025… wow. 🙌🏼🔥🥊

Seeing everything side by side really shows how far I’ve come. The speed, the technique, the strength, all of it has improved more than I realised.

I’m always doubting myself, thinking I’m not improving fast enough or that I should be doing better. But I need to remember that simply turning up, and having a body that can do this, is a gift in itself.

I still don’t love being recorded, but watching these clips reminds me why I started filming in the first place. Neil always told me it was the best way to see my progress and spot my mistakes, and he was right.

Lately I’ve been debating whether I’ll stop posting my boxing altogether in 2026. Sometimes I wonder who I’m sharing it for and why. But no matter what I decide, I’ll still be putting in the work with Neil.

Huge thank you to @neil152 for always pushing me, lifting me up when my confidence drops, never taking ourselves too seriously, and always having a laugh!
He truly lives and breathes boxing, and I respect him so much for how deeply he has dedicated his life to it.

Here’s to another year of growth, recorded or not. 🖤

“Calm the f*** down” 🥊

Never thought being aggressive would be a bad thing in the ring, apparently is all about being relaxedddd 🤯

Ain’t that right @neil152 …? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤣
