Tonight I got to see some of my favorite real life people on screen in a documentary. I can’t express how much I loved it. As a former Girl Scout, I encourage you to see this movie. #cookiequeens

One of our favorite moments at the 2026 fest was having this dynamic duo onstage for a post-screening Q&A! Celia and Olive, two participants in Alysa Nahmias’ film COOKIE QUEENS, joined us to talk about Girl Scouting, motivation, and the best cookie flavors. It was an additional treat for us to host several local Girl Scouts troops at the screening. 🍪 🍪 🍪

COOKIE QUEENS is coming to theaters August 7, including three locations in the Triangle!

From lived experience and storytelling, to braille and tactile design, and building the digital accessibility pieces, it takes many people to bring something like this to life. And this is only part of our team of collaborators.

Can you guess who is who?

GSHNC Troop 219 recently returned from an unforgettable adventure to Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷

From exploring El Yunque National Forest to diving into the vibrant culture, food, and history of the island, this trip was packed with new experiences, sisterhood, and endless opportunities to grow as leaders and global citizens. 🌎

This journey wasn’t just a vacation — it was a chance for our girls to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and discover the power of travel to connect us all. ✨
