December 💚 A month full of the people we love and time spent in one of our greatest blessings this year—building a home meant for gathering, celebrating, and making memories with everyone who means the most to us. Thankful for this season and these people 🫶🏾

All I can say is … WHAT A YEAR!!!! Several OVERALL WINS, plethora of 🥇 places, a couple of National athletes missing their pro card by a point, and most of All, the unit we currently have is setting the tone for those who join the TEAM late in the year and those who recently joined! 2026 is going to be EPIC and I’m excited and HYPE! It’s only UP from here! #TeamBodyByDaavon #TheTakeOver #LetsWinTogether #npc #ifbb

Forever grateful to the woman who raised me as a single parent, believed in me through every stage of life, supported my wildest dreams, and even gave me the most beautiful wedding I could imagine. My biggest blessing and my favorite girl!!

#flashbackfridays Salute to the TEAM! Last Saturday at @npcmemphischampionships my TEAM was able to showcase their hard work and dedication! Most of them were there first show and others maybe 2nd but they didn’t SHOW UP like it! I’m so proud of them and how they allowed me to navigate the prep and bring their best version of them to the stage! We didn’t get all the placing we wanted but we EARNED 12 🥇 places 2 🥈 places and 1 OVERALL WELLNESS ATHLETE! What really gets me excited is what we are cooking up to bring back to the stage and even those that are in prep now for their 2025 contest debut! WAIT FOR IT! I’m humble and I’m blessed to be in the position I am in, helping people physically, mentally and emotionally ready for future life! We should want to be better DAILY! Agin, salute to my athletes and to all that competed at this well ran show in Memphis! On to the next! #proudcoach DM FOR COACHING AND TRAINING #letswintogether SPECIAL THANKS TO OUR ASSISTANT COACHES- @c.rose_____ @docta_docta @heavvyyy_ #teamworkmakesthedreamwork
