This closing was very special to me!!! @cocoacarver and I have been friends since senior year of high school. Go Craigmont Chiefs!! 😂 When her and her husband contacted me about being their realtor for their very first home I was overly excited. As soon we got the pre-approval letter we immediately starting looking at homes. After seeing a few homes, they found a beautiful new construction home that fits their needs. They were able to receive an amazing interest rate and had their closing costs covered by the builder!!! God is faithful!! 🤍🏡

At the start of this year, we went under contract for our new build and began a journey that would eventually lead us here. Over the past several months, we’ve watched our home come to life from the ground up, and today, we officially closed and got the keys. 🔑

One of our favorite moments from earlier this year was during framing when we walked through and covered our future home in prayer, writing scriptures on the studs and praying over every room, every milestone, and every memory that would be made here. Even Cairo got in on writing prayers throughout the house, which makes these memories even more special to look back on.

Today is a reminder that God’s timing is perfect. We are so grateful for His provision, His faithfulness, and this new chapter for our family.

“Unless the Lord builds the house, the builders labor in vain.” Psalm 127:1

Here’s to new beginnings, answered prayers, and making this house a home. 🤍
