Finding balance in the stretch ✨

Dancer Pose reminds me that strength and softness can exist at the same time.
It’s not about how deep you go — it’s about how present you stay.

Some days you’ll feel steady.
Some days you’ll wobble.
Both are part of the practice.

Come back to your breath.
Find your focus.
Move with intention.

Consistency over perfection 🤍

If this pose challenges you today, meet yourself there — that’s where the growth happens.

✨ Ready to build your balance and flexibility?
Join me for online classes where we break down poses like this and move together at your pace.

Alternatively if you looking for a weekend getaway yoga, meditation, sound healing, nature , guidance cards and connecting.

Someplace close to Houston TBA
Let me know below.

Drop a 🧘‍♀️ or DM me “FLOW” and I’ll send you the details to get started 👇

Yoga has taught me self awareness and conscious decision making.
Become less reactive and more focused in responding.

There is a shift happening… can you feel it ? If you have felt #alone #extremefatique #lossofidentity #senseofhopelessness .. a need to rest or sickness

Maybe a new sense of #freedom from a recent change or energy to start taking action

It’s the #windsofchange my dear ones , #souceenergy is asking you to look deeper into your #soulself and question it’s this the path? or do you need to make changes ?
Sometimes these can feel forced because your not getting there on your own .
I encourage you to turn inward. 😌

Everyone does it differently #resoulution #visionboard #rituals

In the next couple of days ask yourself a few questions:

When I look back how will I remember this year?

What lessons will I carry with me as I move forward?

What energy dominated this year ?

What are some of the hardships, obstacles and challenges I have encountered? And how did I handle them ?

What does #selfcare look like to me? And how much time did I spend taking care of myself?

What ideas, projects, passions and energy would you like to bring forward on this next turn of the cycle?

How will you nourish these above aspects?

What and who are you grateful for ?

What have you dreamed about but never been able to do ?

Are there any things on your #bucketlist that are obtainable this coming year ?
