So body bodying although I’m in very much discomfort, I still showed up.
I made my way to Mr. Rob for that beautiful, nurturing soup.
Warm for my spirit and soul exactly what I needed.
The smell was so good… and I shared, not just ate.
I love my community when we come together and share even something small like soup, it’s beautiful.
The energy was great, the conversation was healing.
It wasn’t fancy just real care and real frequencies.
Shoutout to Mr. Rob soups every week, and he has beautiful juices go tap in.
People like him remind me the small things count. 🙏🏽✨
Even sad in my entirety, I still uplifted myself today.🦋

My 40s got me moving intentionally

Eating like I love myself, working out like I plan to be fine forever, taking my herbs, & staying well hydrated.

Ain’t no shortcuts over here, just consistency and fine-tuning. These ain’t chores… these are rituals.

Future me is already somewhere saying, “Girl thank you for not playing about me.” And I love that for her 🤎

Stay ready so you don’t have to get ready… especially when it comes to YOU.

Life Lately

Loving on myself & loving on my people 🤎✨

This weekend reminded me that the sweetest moments are often the simplest ones. Beach days, backyard parties, festivals, good music, good food, and being surrounded by community.

That’s the kind of joy that fills my cup.

I’m learning that joy doesn’t always have to be loud. Sometimes it’s sunshine on your skin, genuine conversations, familiar faces, and creating memories with the people who make life feel a little softer.

A time was definitely had, and I’m beyond grateful for this season of peace, presence, and Black joy. May we never stop choosing ourselves and each other ✊🏽
