That was quite an event on Saturday here in Denver. Not only was it my first live show in 25 years, but my first multimedia show with my uber talented partner, Chele Gutek, as well as reuniting with Lunatic Calm drummer, Jez Noble for a long-awaited foray into the live arena.

The MCA Denver at the Holiday Theatre was wonderful and super easy to work with, and we had a great crowd of friends, family and the curious, who seemed to respond really well to this unique blend of documentary footage and live music.

We also wanted to thank Lesley Wright for her tireless work behind-the-scenes, Jeff Straw and Ricky Lesser for their photography and videography and Gabe Ratliff and Dante Dunlap from CoCreate PBC for helping out with the production process and bringing this show into the light. Thanks also to Jeremy Volkman, The Fantastic Hosts, Mad-Dog Madigan and Colin Chapman (amongst others) for helping spread the word! Also a special thank you to Joan Gutek for the rehearsal space and hotel facilities (so sorry you were unable to be there in person!).

✨ Dying of the Light is out now. ✨

This song means so much to me. It’s one of the most personal I’ve ever written—grappling with the raw emotions of loss, grief, and finding some glimmer of light in the darkness.

In the reel, I wanted to speak to you directly, to share a little of what this song represents and why it’s so close to my heart. I hope it resonates with you, wherever you are in your journey.
