Today another person was executed here in MPLS by 🧊. Observers are being killed, gassed, beaten and arrested. Immigrants or anyone perceived as such or folks who aren’t white are being kidnapped, abused, and so many other atrocities we don’t even know. We are living in a military occupied city by our federal government. Our local law isn’t protecting us or intervening. We have whistles around our necks and on our keys, joining with neighbors/businesses we’ve never met before, fighting for our fellow humans. This is not politics this is a threat to humanity. We will continue to rise up and resist, putting our bodies, resources and voices out there to protect those who are in danger. This is the time to do something, say something. We have decided to go on with the show and fundraiser tonight. My whole cast and crew are ready to provide a safe space of community, recharge and some queer resistance and joy. The show will begin with a moment of silence for today’s victim, and all the other victims of this ongoing atrocity. We will have a silent auction, raffle, and lap dance auctions to collect funds that will be distributed by @smittenkittenmn directly to those affected by 🧊. Please come with cash if possible, as it is the easiest way to direct help folks right now. Love you. Stay Safe. 🖕🧊 4 ever.
