Rich from what this sport has given me❤️‍🔥🖤

🤲Me and my team of best friends say a prayer before every match. We ask God for strength, positivity, guidance and grace as we play and thank him for the opportunity to experience the game of volleyball. We finish our prayers giving up all of our glory to Him and say Amen. Now it is my turn to thank God for amazing coaches and girls to play with, who have truly shown me his glory through volleyball. Through success and failure He has been by my side and as I end my career, I know he is with me leading me through my next chapter. Volleyball feels like a part of me and now that I am done, that part of me feels gone. But while saying goodbye to such an enormous part of my life, the hardest lesson I have learned is that volleyball or any sport does not make me who I am, but is something I do. So although I wish I could continue to play forever I will cherish all of the memories and hold on to the people that God and volleyball have provided me.
