How does one go from a great weekend packed full of car activities back to working the boring 9-5

Sucks having to line up against one of the homies in top 16. Even worst when you go out by a mistake @etown_gambler
I remember giving @krisgonzalez718 his first tandem lead a few years ago. Kid is a shredder and I can’t wait to go up against him next year

Looking like 2008 hyperfest footage.
Got sent this segment from a YouTube video of @hyperfest this weekend
This video reminds me so much of the old drifting and Bmx videos I used to watch when I was younger before everything was cinematic and looked like a movie. Just raw videos of people absolutely shredding

This weekend was something amazing @usdrift and @hyperfest throw and amazing event and I can’t wait to go back for more.. these festival style events are something every driver should try to attend once.

From the very first lap of the day I felt comfortable in the car after rebuilding it for the past 6 months and everything we did functioned perfectly without any flaws.
We kept the car loose all weekend but still had tons of grip on our 235 Zeknova we was running. and really had fun but still was only managing 3-4 laps per set of tires on. And even less on our other tires.

Finally got to meet a bunch of internet friend and people I’ve talked to before and meet some new faces..
Hell I even flipped @mikeprez Supra on its side and yanked it transmission out.

After 4 days of 3 hours of sleep and inhaling dust and tire smoke I’m ready to relax. For a few days before we attend @paws_and_pistons this Sunday
