TW: light yet candid end-of-year melancholy (lol)

To say 2024 has been challenging would be an understatement, the truth is it really kicked my ass in about ten different ways. Still, I did my best to make lemonade out of lemons and I was able to achieve one or two of my goals. I’m immeasurably grateful to my friends and family for adding light and mirth to my life during a difficult time. You guys made things a lot easier, so thank you so so much. Although a new year is an arbitrary and largely symbolic demarcator of time, it leaves me feeling wishful and a little hopeful for happier times ahead. My fingers are crossed anyway. Hard. Happy New Year y’all.

A belated look back at 2023; a weird, challenging, but pretty rewarding year. Here’s to less weirdness and more rewards in 2024. 😌

For LA locals, it’s on KABC7 at 7:30pm. For everyone else, check your local listings. Don’t worry, I’ll be totally annoying about this so you don’t forget to watch. 🤪
