When @eastlakehsbaseball needed it most, their defense saved the day in the State Semifinals. Left fielder, @gabriel_prock threw a strike to @cody_odonnell30, who relayed it to @travisbeam16, who applied the tag in time to send the Wolves to their second State Title Game in three years.

This run would have tied the game in the top of the 7th 😳🤯 Here’s what happened ⬇️

Eastlake high school played Jackson high school in the Washington 4A state semi finals this past weekend. They had a 1 run lead in the top of the 7th and with 2 outs this play happened to end the game. Jackson’s coach argued for an obstruction by the catcher, and after the umps discussed the play they concluded that he was indeed out with no obstruction. It ended the game and sent Eastlake to the championship! Was he safe or out? And do you think there should have been an obstruction ruled?
