So excited for our NYC debut of our Charlie Brown Christmas show at @bluenotenyc on 12/12!

Vince Guaraldi’s timeless “A Charlie Brown Christmas” soundtrack is brought to life in this special live performance. The CB Quintet puts its own spin on Guaraldi’s Christmas classics with extended improvisation and horn lines from @oceanavenuestompers injected into the arrangements that audiences know and love.

This one belongs in the #12 history books. For one night and one night only, we had the honor of sharing the stage with our brother Justin, one of the original voices of The Number Twelve Looks Like You, for the first time in 17 years. 25 years ago Justin helped lay the foundation for what this band would become. To stand beside him again all these years later and celebrate something we created when we were kids…there are just no words. Time has a strange way of bringing things full circle. Different lives different paths but for a few songs it felt like no time had passed at all. 17 years in the making. 25 years of history. One insane sold out night.

The Number Twelve Looks Like You just released their new album, “Howls From The Holographic Heart” the next chapter in their eclectic catalogue of progressive metalcore records.

I’ve been a fan of this band since high school and had the pleasure of photographing a few of their shows including their headlining performance at The Brooklyn Monarch back in 2024 where I took these photos.

Their live show is as exciting and unpredictable as their music, catch them on tour this fall including this Sunday at @tveyenyc in Ridgewood.
