Scenes from our dance shoot day, June 2026
Forever grateful I was able to be there, 3 weeks postpartum with DZ in my arms.

Thank you to Cody for your trust & fearless leadership, and to Emma & Michael, the best dance duo a lady could have. Your chemistry and dedication to this piece was incredible.

Special thanks to my friend Mary for taking these photos and for willingly receiving dance lessons from R during the post-shoot cleanup.

One 4 minute scene took us 12 full shooting days to finish. 6 days for the werewolf transformation scene alone, 6 more for the attack scenes shot with over 32 stunt actors and two cameras. We built the bar set with so many interchangeable walls that were break away. So many blood bombs.

Goriest werewolf scene of all time? @scotthansenfilm talks about the 61 person kill scene that lasts 4 minutes in #Devour

- our werewolf is hard to kill, she’s like the hulk and just super pissed and rabid.

Summer appreciation post: this summer was my last as an Atlantean!! So much fun with friends and loved ones doing my favorite things (floating the river, shelling, drinking cocktails on the beltline, eating amazing food), but this was also one of the hardest summers.. the grind in June to prep my house for sale, then sitting in limbo for weeks… which turned into months.. while waiting for offers. Living with @aaholubik in his Midtown apartment with Muuna and Jinx while Buttercup stayed with @acrobuddy and @eastern_airbender in Cabbagetown (I owe & love ya’ll 🙏❤️). SO Grateful for the time with friends in the sun kissed city in the forest, and SO Excited to sell or lease my house to end this limbo transition to get back to LA ☀️

The air in this garage is heavy, thick with the smell of old leather and sweat burning the eyes at dawn. There are no cameras rolling here. No directors. Just the raw, unvarnished grind.
My shirt says The Gym Is My Therapy, but this is also the forge. I stepped into the acting and stunt world after 40. I didn’t come up through easy avenues. I brought the cold silence of the Red Hook projects and the crushing chest pressure of the courtroom with me—and I channel every ounce of that survival into my performance. From putting in the blood at LA Stunts, ATL Stunts, and The Jungle MMA, I make sure that when I move on screen, it carries absolute truth.
To the agents, managers, and casting directors watching: this is the engine you get when you add Frank D. Monroe to your roster. Uncompromising discipline. You don’t just get a performer; you get a survivor who understands the assignment and outworks the room.
Look in the background. My wife Jenna is putting in the exact same work. We are building WURKXCREW, laying concrete for Seyvn’s future so our bloodline never has to inherit broken cycles. God gave me the breath, but He demands I put my hands to work.
I am ready to bring this fire to your sets. What cycles are you breaking to get to your next level today? Are you just watching from the sidelines, or are you ready to put a survivor to work and build something real? Let’s move.

Garrage Striking, MMA, And Flexibility Session — No shortcuts, no excuses, and no waiting for permission. 😤
When you come from concrete and cold concrete floors, you don’t wait for someone to hand you an open door; you kick it off the hinges. This isn’t just a garage workout session hitting heavy bags, drilling explosive MMA combos, and testing raw flexibility; it is a live blueprint of relentless discipline.
At forty-two years old, as a stuntman, actor, independent music artist, and Full Sail graduate, every single rep is forged in the fire of survival and legacy. I am building an impenetrable shield for my blood, fiercely guarding what matters most—family, stability, and the unyielding mission to break every negative cycle. From high-flying kicks and handstand push-ups to the rhythm of the studio and the warmth of family captured right at home, every frame of this life carries weight.
I am actively looking for an aggressive talent agent or manager who recognizes real grit and is ready to move mountains in this industry.
