Join us for the 2026 NYC Walking Marathon on September 27th. An annual 26.2 mile walk around New York City.

This years route begins at Battery Park, heading north along the Hudson River before looping through Central Park. From there, it heads back south along the East River, crossing onto the Manhattan Bridge for a short walk through Brooklyn, then finishes by looping back across the Brooklyn Bridge.

The next night of our residency will feel a little bit different as we lug our records Upstairs for the very first time. Having long loved when DJs turn that room upside down—we felt it was the right time to step outside the comforts of the Sound Room and try something new.

All vinyl, all night, just us two, from our shelves to your body. This really was how we started back at Kinfolk 80 on Thursday nights. We still feel a thrill at the prospect of leaning on just what’s in the bag and the physicality of the format.

Gonna be a big night in the entire space - watch the clip for full lineup 👀 thank you @codysim0ns for capturing the moment!

March 21st @ Public Records Upstairs, tickets on our linktree.

November 2025 - lots of Performa, some time upstate, some sentimental sound, new life, new efforts, old friends, exceptional colleagues and too many comrades to name (there’s a tag limit apparently)

It’s so cool that @performanyc donated Performa Hub seating designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro @diller_scofidio_renfro to Purchase College. Our students are already using the pieces, and they’ll soon have a home in the new Art+Tech Hub.
Many thanks to Defne Ayas and the Performa team for making it possible. Cheers. 🧿🎉🙏

I closed the garage door on the Harley the other day. A time of year that never sits right with me. This Friday I’m releasing my album, Acoustics & Hood Psychedelia, which feels like the right way to close out the year. One last breath before everything goes quiet.
