📣 Calling all 15–22-year-old female off-road endurance racers!

WE want YOU in our program for 2027 🏁

At #WEdevelopment, we believe the right coaching, support, and community can help young women not just compete—but rise, flourish, and find their confidence in endurance sports.

💙 Our #WEdevelopment coach, @kathytankwaite, is a one-of-a-kind communicator, educator, and supporter of young female athletes. After more than a decade coaching junior women, she brings a wealth of experience and insight into what it takes to help female athletes thrive.

And for 2027, we’re excited to welcome a new female coach to the team: our very own daughter, @sofiawaite! 💙

Sofia has risen through the ranks of mountain bike racing and is ready to share her firsthand knowledge and experience with our #WEdevelopment riders—from course previews and race strategy to equipment selection and everything in between.

This is more than a race program. It’s a place to learn, grow, push your limits, and become the athlete you’re capable of being.

🚀 Ladies, applications are OPEN!
Come ride with us in 2027 and make it your best season yet.

📩 Send in your application and let’s get started! Link in bio and on our website.

Happy to walk away from @usacycling nationals with two 3rd place finishes. Put a lot of work into these races and happy I was able to piece it all together.
Joining @waiteendurance 2 years ago was the best decision I’ve ever made and they have always been there to support me.

MTB 🇺🇸 Nationals is a wrap! We rode, we crashed, we sweat, we laughed, we cried. We are going home with great memories and a 3rd place podium in Jr Men 17-18 XCO. Congrats @_charlie__thomas_ ! 🥉

Thank you to @remidrogi for being the best mechanic and helper!

Thank you to the parents who supported their riders and to @usacycling for putting together a memorable week of racing.

SOHO Bike Fest 2026

2nd U23 XCC
13th U23 XCO

Hard and technical World Cup level course this weekend was great to dust the XCO cobwebs off. Kept it together through minor mechanical in XCC and back & gut issues in XCO. Good tune up before Nationals.

Thanks to @susibruhns, @mtb_papa, @ntroiani & @waiteendurance for the support and @teambeardevomtb for letting me crash their tent.

The @canmoremtbclassic 🇨🇦 was a wild ride on technical, grueling, and often slippery trails. We are proud of our #wedevelopment racers for tackling a big challenge!

🇨🇦 What a day in Canmore! Wednesday’s XCO course served up a classic mix of rocks, drops, roots, and steep sections. With Short Track racing tomorrow and the UCI Junior Series and Elite Continental Series on Saturday, our #WEdevelopment riders are gaining valuable experience against international competition and making every lap count. ✊

We’ve seen the rain 🌧️!
US Cup MTB Washougal was wet and wild as we suspected might be the case in the great Pacific Northwest. The weather conditions really tested the skills and fortitude of our racers and there were muddy smiles all around when it was all said and done.
Big thanks to @zone5promotions for a great weekend of racing!

Finishing out the base season for this year and ready to get racing soon!

Been putting in the largest block I’ve ever done and now resting up before the race seasons starts in the next week.

Thankful for my teammates who joined me for the long hours these last few weeks. Especially @owen.lloyd07 joining me for all the big rides.

Was fun to mix up the base season with some local racing finishing 3rd at Assault on Currahee right in my backyard here in Georgia.

Looking forward to what’s to come!
