AD| Come with me to a fabulous dinner party hosted by @zenb_uk at @enricaroccacookeryschool 😍 the dinner club was 100% gluten free and vegan and we had the most fabulous time!! The evening started with some welcome drinks where I got to speak to some amazing gluten free bloggers and then we sat down for the food! The menu showcased @zenb_uk range of gluten free produce and we had talks throughout the evening from @zenb_uk employees to discuss their products. We also heard from the fabulous @dominiqueludwig_nutrition to talk about the nutritional content of the product in more detail!
For food we had:

🥣Crackers with a selection of dips - using the @zenb_uk Rosemary and chia seed cracker bites! The dips selection here was delish - that beetroot dip was insane!😍
🍜Miso noodle salad with fresh vegetables this was really fresh tasting and absolutely delicious! The @zenb_uk noodles were perfectly light and didn’t stick together!
🍝Puttanesca Pasta - this was GORGEOUS! Made using the Yellow pea pasta from @zenb_uk all in a rich tomato sauce, this was amazing!
🍍Vegan meringue with whipped coconut cream and tropical fruit - this dessert topped off the evening perfectly - I couldn’t quitey believe it was vegan!

Thankyou so much for having me @zenb_uk - I had the most fabulous evening and met some really lovely people! Thanks for being fabulous table guests @libby_glutenfree @marysglutenfreelife @bethisglutenfree @farzanahnasser_nutrition and lovely to spend time with you all @glutenfreetori @lifeonaricecake @glutenfreestreetgang @ibs.isabel @myglutenfreeguide @coeliacellie

Last night @zenb_uk hosted a supper club in North London with a spectacular menu featuring their products, I’ve been a fan for a while but I hadn’t realised just how much nutritional focus is placed on these gluten free staples, something that is not always the case in the free from world!

It was a wonderful evening with a wonderful menu, meeting @myglutenfreeguide in the flesh was rather a treat, especially to talk diagnosis and monitoring of our little ones, you are just as wonderful as I expected!

❤️ Crackers, dips and a SPECTACULAR miso noodle salad with fresh vegetables
🧡 Puttanesca pasta
💛 Meringue @boojabooja ice cream and tropical fruit

I received these gluten-free cakes from @welovecakeuk and surprisingly won over by how good they turned out to be.

It can be hard for a coeliac individual to find cakes that taste as good as the ones with gluten in them. There are gluten-free cakes available, but if you have made a transition, you will notice the difference. Most of such products compromise heavily on taste.

This is exactly where @welovecakeuk has you covered. Their cakes, while gluten-free, wheat-free and dairy-free, are still as good as the regular ones. I was sent the following products -

1. Sticky Toffee Slices - dense and very sweet with a layer of toffee icing on top - 4/5
2. Apple Crumble Slices - light and crumbly with bits of fruit in them - 4/5
3. Raspberry Ripple Slices - exactly like a Victoria Sponge and easily my favourite - 5/5

Their products (not limited to the ones above) are available online and in-store at different supermarkets across the UK.
So, if you are gluten intolerant or want to try something new, grab a pack for yourself and give your taste buds a treat.
