Our En Terre sparkling production is now truly layered. We have the 2023 laid down waiting to be disgorged, the 2025 ready to be bottled and the 2026 on the vine. #heartonthevine #bcwine #enterrewines #okanaganvalley #sparklingwine

June 10, 2020 - 6 years ago we were planting our Terraces at En Terre on the Naramata Bench. This block is producing beautiful Syrah from steep SW facing rock terraces with mostly a silt clay loam soil profile. The fruit has ripened 2-3 weeks before our Northern Block which is just 200m away. The 2025 terraces lot is tucked away aging in barrel. #bcwine #syrah #planting #vineyard #naramatabench

Last night's dinner was EPIC! It was the finale of the spring season of longtable dinners at @miradororesto, featuring the wines of @terravistavineyards and @enterrewines. Thanks so much to @ch3ff_van_g33st__ and his kitchen team for the delicious food and creating the menu around the wines (instead of trying to pair after the fact)! The pairings elevated both the food and the wines. Thanks to Sam, Melissa, and the rest of the front-of-house team for the amazing hospitality - on point as always! Great to see so many familiar faces, and new ones too! Feature cocktail: Miradoro Negroni with rosemary-infused gin, Campari, Sweet Vermouth & orange. First Course: Melon Gazpacho, with serrano ham, paprika-poached spot prawn & grapefruit zest. Paired with Terravista 2025 Albariño and 2025 Verdejo. Personal favourite pairing was the Verdejo, but both shone. Second Course: Roasted Chicken & Morel Mushroom Risotto, with crispy chicken skin, Parmesan and olive. Paired with library releases of Terravista 2022 Roussanne. OMG! 🤤 Main Course: Fire Roasted Pork Rack, with fennel & potatoes cooked in the drippings, and chimichurri. Paired with 2023 En Terre Cabernet Franc. So tasty! Dessert: Poached Pear, with brioche gelato and meringue crisp. Paired with library release of 2022 En Terre Sparkling Brut. . . #bcwine #wineandfoodpairing #winemakerdinner #supporthospitality #supportlocal

#inmyglass tonight is the 2022 @tightropewinery Chardonnay. Aromas and flavours of apple, pear, pineapple, lemon meringue, baking spice, vanilla and a hint of butter. Creamy texture with bright acidity and a long finish. Delicious! . . #bcwine #naramatabench #ilovechardonnay #Chardonnay

#inmyglass tonight is the 2011 Palo Solara Vineyard Pinot Noir from @synchromeshwines - testing out one of the upcoming library releases (check your inboxes later this week!) Aromas and flavours of dried black cherry, raspberry, liquorice, cedar and dried herbs, with bright acidity, dusty tannins and a long finish. This 14-year-old wine is showing very nicely! . . #bcwine #pinotnoir #kelowna #librarywine #upcomingrelease

Great day out at @visitoliver @townofoliverbc Festival of the Grape with @terravistavineyards @enterrewines @synchromeshwines and @rochewines. So many great people discovering these wine brands today! Despite some periods of rain, it was fun. Also got to see several friends, and had delicious lunch from @vagabond.kitchen 🤤 Presented two wines - 2023 @synchromeshwines Storm Haven Pinot Noir and 2023 @enterrewines Cabernet Franc in a seminar this afternoon under the VIP tent as part of @coferment_mgmt .

Day 1 of Harvest 2025 — En Terre Wines Morning light, first pick. Today we harvested Pinot Noir (bigger block with clone 777) from our very own En Terre Vineyard on the Naramata Bench—an intentional moment for our team. Tomorrow, the remaining clones await. This is the kind of fruit born from balance: sustainability, care for the land, and the perpetual motion of nature. After last year’s non-vintage, we’re genuinely stoked. The grapes are beautiful, the crop full, the flavors are promising, and our hearts are full anticipating what these will become for our Traditional Method Brut. As our winemaker, Nadine was pressing the first bin at Terravista Vineyards this morning, we couldn’t help be excited about what is going to be an incredible Fall in the Okanagan Valley. #enterreharvest #oftheearth #naramatabench #organicfarming #perpetualmotion #sparklingwine #bcwine #vineyardviews #familyfarm
