One of the best parts of this industry is the people. Coffee can be competitive, but I've always believed there's far more to gain by sharing ideas than keeping them to yourself. Spent some time this week with Josh from @coffee.ideology talking about coffee, business, branding and where our industry is heading. Different businesses, different perspectives, but the same passion for making specialty coffee stronger. The wiser/older I get, the more I realise that some of the biggest breakthroughs come from conversations like these.
