Just a small Biz owner who posts occasionally, adores her dogs and guy, and is definitely a coffee addict. Hi!

Not every idea needs to become a task.

Sometimes it just needs a safe place to land.

A space for ideas without pressure = better strategy, less stress. This is how we turn “random ideas” into intentional action, without burning anyone out.

Save this if your ideas pile up faster than tasks.

Save this one. SO MANY of y’all have asked me who I HIGHLY RECOMMEND as a part-time VA or OBM. Soooo many times that I made this for you! 🙏🏽💖👇🏽 My personal recs!👇🏽

IMPORTANT NOTES…

1. Hire before you NEED to. Waiting too long will cost you too. (Ask me how I know 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️)

2. I HIGHLY recommend these three (I’ve worked with each in some capacity HENCE my unpaid unexpected promo of them) but DON’T TAKE MY WORD FOR IT. Meet/zoom with at least two before making your choice.

3. Remember: TO GROW YOUR BIZ you’ll have to BOTH make more request of people (learn how to be well supported by a support team) AND make more promises of how you can help others (back to you requiring even more support). In alphabetical order…

💎Aja @freedomsupplysociety
💎Jacki @jackihayes_obm
💎Meredith @seaglassvirtual

GET YOUR LUSH ECOSYSTEM OF SUPPORT IN PLACE. It’s a BOSS MOVE that you cannot skip.

Cause you cannot receive more clients, money, opportunities etc. than you have the capacity to accommodate.

LOVE YOU. Mean it. Have you applied to join the #BIGHappyMoney mastermind yet?! Have you heard about my new pop-up trains yet?! BE ON MY EMAIL LIST OBVIIIII SerenaHicks.com xoxo!

Warm hands, warm heart. These sweet mitts were knit with Quince & Co Chickadee using the pattern Inglis by Ysolda Teague. They belong by to @coffeeshopchic but I kind of want to steal them 💕#quincechickadee #inglismitts #fingerlessgloves #cables #prettymitts #revivalknitters
